Zumba is an easy-to-follow aerobic exercise with movements that are mainly derived from Latin and international music. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body.
Participants do not have to know how to dance to do Zumba. This program incorporates footwork and body movements from merengue, cumbia, salsa, and other dances. Come and join us, this is an exciting opportunity to burn some calories and have fun!!
