Travelin' Trivia Nights

Travelin' Trivia is hitting the road and stopping at different La Vista hot spots throughout 2026. Form a team and test your wits playing trivia with La Vista City staff. Teams of up to six people are welcome, and top teams will win prizes. Trivia is free to play. A full range of beverages will be available for purchase.

Spring flag football registration is open

Early Registration: January 5-February 12

Late Registration: February 13-28

The La Vista Recreation Department offers a youth flag football program for boys and girls in grades Pre-Kindergarten (4 yrs old minimum) through 6th grade. La Vista teams play in the Sarpy County Flag Football League. The league is dedicated to improving youth sports by teaching and developing skills, promoting maximum participation and providing a fair, safe environment.

Spring Season Information

Practice will tentatively begin the week of April 1, (weather permitting). Practices are held at the coach’s discretion during the week. All games will be played on Thursday evenings and/or Saturday mornings/afternoons at the La Vista Sports Complex, Papillion Landing, BJSA and/or Spirit Field in Papillion beginning on April 18 and ending on June 20.
