SeeClickFix

Now you can help report non-emergency problems to the City of La Vista from your smartphone, tablet or computer, thanks to our new partnership with SeeClickFix. Use the app or our website to report issues such as:

  • Property Maintenance
  • Code Enforcement
  • Potholes
  • Graffiti/Vandalism
  • Snow Removal
  • Tree Service

You have the option to upload a photo with your request, as a visual reference to help communicate the issue to staff. The request is routed to the appropriate department for resolution.

City of La Vista staff responds to requests Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. If a request comes in on a holiday, weekend or after-hours, it will be received the next business day.

If you would like to report an issue with your smartphone, please download the SeeClickFix app and search for “La Vista, NE”. The SeeClickFix app is available for download for both Apple and Android devices.

Note: for emergencies or other urgent matters that require immediate attention or a public safety response, dial 9-1-1.

The widget below allows you to make service requests, as well as discover existing problems that have been reported.

To report an issue:

  1. Drag the map marker to the location of your issue, or type in the address directly.
  2. Click Next.
  3. Choose a service request category from the menu that matches your issue.
  4. Enter a title (required), additional description (optional), and attach an image (optional).
  5. Click Submit.

You can submit a request as yourself with a SeeClickFix account or you can submit as a guest without an account. If you submit as a guest, you will not receive updates throughout the process of us working your request. SeeClickFix accounts are fast and easy to setup. Certain request categories are also set up to allow the reporter to be anonymous, but their info is still visible to staff working the request.
